Film Club is back for the new year with Double Features from two classic horror franchises! Candyman: Farewell To The Flesh. This sequel follows New Orleans a schoolteacher, who, while trying to clear her brother of murder charges, summons the hooked, legendary killer. The film delves into his origins as the son of a slave, uncovering a dark, multi-generational secret connecting him to the teacher's family and a tragic, prohibited romance. House II: The Second Story. A comedic horror fantasy in which Jesse inherits a mansion, only to discover it's a nexus of interdimensional portals. Alongside his friend, he resurrects his cowboy ancestor "Gramps" to protect a mystical, treasure-filled crystal skull from zombies and demons. Films start at 7pm. Free and open to the public with a small purchase from our snack bar. We have plenty of seating or feel free to bring your own.
