NCom Film Club presents Godzilla Double Features Month! First, Godzilla Vs. Mechagodzilla (1974), The fire-breathing "King of the Monsters" dukes it out with his mechanised duplicate. Second, Terror Of Mechagodzilla (1977), aliens from a dying planet team up with a disgraced scientist, Dr. Mafune, to unleash Mechagodzilla and Titanosaurus on Tokyo, with the goal of destroying the city and rebuilding it for their own use. Mafune, driven by revenge against those who ridiculed his work, controls Titanosaurus through his cyborg daughter Katsura, who also aids in rebuilding Mechagodzilla. Godzilla must team up with Interpol and the JSDF to defeat both Mechagodzilla and Titanosaurus and save Japan. Film starts at 7pm. Free and open to the public with a small purchase from our snack bar. We have plenty of seating or feel free to bring your own.
